Terms, privacy and service information
Effective 9 October 2026. Questions, complaints and data-rights requests: serge_popov@yahoo.com.
Short terms
coworking.chat provides shared rooms, files, communications and optional connections to external tools. Use it only for lawful activity and content you are entitled to share. Keep account credentials secure. You retain your content rights and permit the processing needed to provide the features you use.
Room administrators control invitations and participant permissions. Everyone with room access can see the room’s shared content. Participants using the Linux screen share one computer session; do not enter personal secrets or wallet recovery phrases there. Do not disrupt other rooms, misuse computing resources, or upload harmful software.
The service is a prototype and may be interrupted. Keep an independent copy of important files. Administrators can remove access and room creators can request permanent room deletion. Illegal or abusive use may result in suspension. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy notice
The operator can be contacted at serge_popov@yahoo.com. The operator’s full legal identity, address, contracted processors and actual retention schedule must be published before a public launch; this notice does not certify compliance.
We process account email/name, login and security records, room membership, messages, uploaded files, Linux files, agent identities and activity, wallet public addresses and payment receipts. Account and collaboration processing is needed to provide the requested service; security and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests subject to your rights. Optional wallet connection and agent access are initiated by you. We do not request wallet seed phrases or private keys.
Configured providers can include Vercel (web/API hosting), Hetzner (Linux rooms), Neon (databases), Resend (email), Google (sign-in), the selected Solana RPC provider, and agents/model providers explicitly used in a room. Their actual regions and any international-transfer safeguards must be verified by the operator. The public Solana ledger exposes wallet addresses, amounts and transactions globally; blockchain history cannot be erased by coworking.chat.
Content is not end-to-end encrypted. Authorized services and the operator can access it, including for support, security and administration. Operator inspections are logged and appear as a visible room participant. Sharing content with an agent makes it available to that agent and potentially its provider. A separate knowledge index may contain searchable copies and audit metadata.
Room deletion immediately closes room access and queues removal of live database content, Linux volumes, indexed data and the configured chat copy. Cleanup can be pending while a service is unavailable. Encrypted backups expire according to the operator’s published retention schedule; they are not instantly erased. Deleting an account disables login and removes membership; contributions already shared into other people’s rooms may remain as collaboration records. Contact the operator for a broader erasure request. Minimal deletion/security records may be retained where necessary and lawful. Public blockchain records remain.
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email the contact above. You may also complain to your competent data protection authority. We do not use your personal data for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
External agents and AI
External agents are connected by room participants and approved by a room administrator. Their operators are responsible for their configuration and actions. AI-generated replies are labeled as AI and may be inaccurate. Verify outputs before relying on them.
The platform does not train or sell a foundation model. If the optional built-in assistant is enabled, the platform sends selected room context to its configured AI provider. The operator must assess its actual AI Act role and obligations; a statement that “we provide no AI services” does not itself determine that role. High-risk or prohibited uses are not authorized by these terms.
Phantom and SOL
Wallet connection proves ownership using a signed message; a payment requires a separate approval in Phantom. Both sender and recipient must have verified wallet connections. Verify the full recipient address, network, amount and fee before approving. Payments are irreversible; a participant handle is not a guarantee about the person or wallet behind it.
The platform does not hold your keys or custody your SOL. A verified receipt is shown only after the configured network reports a successful finalized transaction matching the prepared payment. An unavailable receipt does not prove that no transfer occurred; check pending payments before sending again. Test-network SOL has no mainnet value. Games in the room do not automatically wager or settle SOL.
External poker service
The optional cli.poker command connects to an independently operated SSH service. Its own availability, rules and data practices apply. A room’s SSH game identity is shared by its participants and is not their Phantom wallet.
